This opportunity came to us at a hog roast. The farmer supplying the lovely food mentioned that he had some land designated as a SHLAA. It was in the South Downs National Park and an AONB. Over seven years later, and supplying a new community hall the development by Cala Homes is to be completed in 2019. Engagement with the local Parish Council was key to this success.
