Having assisted the land owner to achieve the best planning outcome considering the adjacent listed building, we’re delighted that the sale of the land is now completed and four new family homes will come forward in Bagshot.

In addition to the sale of the adjacent land, we have helped put in place, a builder to carry-out the conversion of the listed building to five further apartments.
