The school needed to raise funds and had a tired cottage sitting on a plot that could accommodate two good detached family houses. The developer had to allow for issues such as ‘openness of the green belt’ and it subsequently achieved a local planning permission.
Once built we were able to assist with the sales which helped by the prime location were both quick and at the right price.
