We were approached by the owners of a bungalow and disused factory to achieve the best price on a ‘subject to planning’ basis. As the opportunity evolved it was decided to keep part of the factory and offices to rent whilst applying for planning permission for six houses. A pair of semi-detached and a terrace of four were granted locally, and they will be completed and sold in 2019
