Daniel Rozario
After spending five years working at Residential Estate Agency level, Daniel made the move to Land and Development. He spent two years working for a small housebuilder based in Surrey, sourcing sites with and without planning permission. He now splits his time running Brooks and Allen as well as their sister company; Knightway Associates.
Richard Brooks

Richard has been working in the property market for 15 years and with his networking skills his contact list of developers and planners range from small builders to major developers and reads like “who’s who” in the property world. Richard has time for everyone and is highly regarded and trusted in the world of land and new homes.
